Using this website

You agree not to interfere with site operation, scrape private information, impersonate another person, or use the website to distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.
Service information
Catalog descriptions, durations, and prices are presented for planning and may be refined after a conversation about scope. A catalog selection or contact form submission does not create a contract or guarantee availability. A separate written confirmation governs any commissioned work.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, approvals, access information, and timely feedback. Recommendations should be reviewed for suitability to the specific property, local regulations, household needs, and installation conditions.
Payments and cancellation
Fees, deposits, schedules, deliverables, and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before a project begins. The website cart is an organizational tool and does not collect payment or create a reservation.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, layouts, and original design documents belong to Liventra Atelier or its licensors. You may use commissioned materials for your own project as agreed in writing, but may not resell, reproduce, or publish them commercially without permission.
Limitations and changes
Liventra Atelier provides design guidance, not construction, engineering, architectural approval, legal, safety, or financial advice. We may update website content, services, or these terms when appropriate. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised agreement.
